Comments: Remember the day when the messenger of the Gods met his match, when eight humans take only five hours to climb eighteen hills as we trek the trail going to the place called Biaan. Hoping that Napoleon Bonaparte will not get mad with jealousy if we say “Vini Vidi Vicci” we are all agreed that it was undeniably one of the best trails of Mt Arayat H3. The grand old man of the haring fraternity, Teutonic Turd, was busy mingling with the locals trying to impress them with his fluency of the Tagalog language while the seven other hashers continued to cruise the enormously unending magnificent scenery that only Mariveles can offer. The ocean that was bluer than blue, the rice terraces we thought could only be found in Banawe, but it was there, the sea shore like a landscape of Mars. The scene that can only be imagined when you read books, but we saw it with our own naked eye, and we congratulated the hares for delivering the exact package we wanted on the hike.     S.S.I.
